Lemon Blues?

I keep posting on here, and i really appreciate all your help. I'm here again, this time questioning my Lemon Blues. I ordered 2 Lemon Blue OEGBs, and they are 6 weeks old. I have another chick that is a Blue Birchen, and it already has silver on the neck. I think that these Lemon's should be getting the lemon feathers on their necks, right? I have a cockerel and a pullet of these. The cockerel is getting some silver lacing/leakage on his chest. The pullet is just blue all over. So what are your thoughts?

Male looks like a lemon blue. Female, I'm not too sure.

Yeah, I'm starting to think the female may be just blue.

It depends. Black Copper and Birchin pullets tend not to color out as quickly as the males. I wouldn't write her off just yet.
