That can be a hacker. Make you think you have a virus, so wen you click "cleanup" it'll actually put a viral in, if that makes sense

Did you try turning the computer completely off, and letting it restart? Clear your cookies & history also.

I'd say there's a threat, or you have a virus. Just ex it out. Don't click on it. You might want to get an actual virus protection plan. You can get one to last a year. (Which reminds me, I need to renew my virus protection. )
