Lesions on body - fowl pox?

Hi everyone, I have a hen that is poorly. I gave her a check over this arvo and found brown lesions all over her rear area from vent to thighs. They vary in size from pin point to pea/grape size. There are some white areas of skin where some may have been or are going to come through. She has digestive problems and always has wet poops but these really look like there is inflammation going on in there (history of cloacitis). She has an extensive medical history, treated by an avian vet and has only just come off antibiotics and anti inflammatories this week for chronic eye infections that now seem to be resolved.

I called the vet this afternoon (will hopefully be able to get in tomorrow, if not the next day) and they have no idea what it could be, assumed it was from dry skin and asked me to put vitamin e cream on it. I did some research and found that some broilers had something very similar - and it was fowl pox. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? What is the best treatment method? I did notice one fowl pox lump on her wattle the other day so it very well could be related. My pictures are terrible sorry so I have included a picture of what I found online that looks very similar though here are spaced closer together. Please note the lesions are very dry - they seem wet from the moisturiser I put on there but have now wiped off.

I have never seen fowl pox that looked like that. Could you post a picture of the pox lesion on her wattle? Pox usually goes away in about 3 weeks. How long has she had the skin problem.

Mareks (the cutaneous form, one of the 4 types) disease can cause lesions all over the body. It might be something for your vet to research. Sorry about your chicken. It must be a painful problem.
