All the kinks are worked out, the incubator is running great, temp has only fluctuated .4F, humidity is holding at a steady 50%(ish), and 18 Barred Plymouth Rock eggs are set. Only 20 days,23 hours, and 2 minutes to left go... with the exception of any over-achievers or late bloomers.

You'll be fine. Check out the hatching 101 threads on here
I think I've read every post there, done countless hours of research all over the web, and spoken to every person I thought may have any knowledge on the subject. I don't know of anything else I can do... except wait. I suppose everyone has newbie jitters their first time around...

You'll do great
Thanks for the vote of confidence... lol!

Have seperate thermometers? I wouldn't trust the thermometer or hydrometer on machine. .
I have a spare thermometer and hygrometer... an IncuTherm Plus which shows temp and humidity. I checked the temp on the IncuTherm by doing the ice water test, and it read 32.2F. Close enough. I also checked my hygrometers with the salt test, and from 24 to 36 hours the analog hygrometer from the incubator was 50%, and the IncuTherm was at 72%. The IncuTherm Plus turned out to be close on both counts. I calibrated the analog hygrometer to 75%, so both are matching pretty close now. I calibrated the proportional thermometer on the incubator to match the IncuTherm reading, minus .2F. From all appearances, this new IncuVeiw All-in-One looks like it's going to be a great incubator. Time will tell...

Sounds good
I know I should have already done it, but I'll be picking up another thermometer or two in the next couple of days, just to be on the safe side. If I can find a cigar store anywhere close by, I'll grab another hygrometer also. I didn't fully equip myself for redundancy. Doh...
