Hi,
the pullet we got a few weeks ago is now acting ill. She's lethargic, won't hold her head up, her eyes are closed most of the time, and when I give her water mixed with corn syrup with a medicine dropper, she won't respond. We got her at an auction, so I don't know if she's been vaccinated for anything. Everyone ele is acting normal.
Thanks,
Evelyn

Seperate her immediatly. Sicknesses can spread EXTREMELY FAST in chickens. How old is she?

Don't worry, I got her away from the others ASAP.

No idea how old she is, auctioneer didn't say.

Some of my chickens are doing that too. I lost quite a few of them recently.

being you got her at an auction, there could be many things wrong with her. We bought a couple roos at an auction a couple years ago, and somthing turned out to be wrong with one (some kind of mental problem)

literally. She could have picked up a disease or bug while being there around many other birds.
