Lethargic 16 week old Columbian Rock

My lovely Columbian Rock is lethargic...stands with her head scrunched down and won't leave the run. She's drinking a little, haven't seen her eat today, and happy to doze. Was fine 3 days ago but has grown less active over time. Cool temperatures and no change in other 2 girls. Is she sick or just going through a stage toward egg development???

Has she been wormed and/or have you seen any worms in her stools?

I am unsure how to do that...will look around. No, she hasn't been wormed but there are no visible worms in her stool. Thanks for the reply.
