Lethargic 1week old Guinea meet

we are new to Guinea hens and just received 15 keets two days ago. 1 is very lethargic today -just cuddles in my hand. I can’t get her to eat or drink and she struggled to get her last poop out.
They have heat lamp and fresh water and food plus ground carrots and celery

Have you tried feeding her with a dropper? Or wet your finger and put the water along the edge of her beak to see if she would want it?

I would try to get an electrolyte solution into her. Chick saver if you have it. If not use 1 tsp of sugar in a cup of water with a pinch each of salt and baking soda.

If she won't drink it by dipping just the tip of her beak into it then again, try the dropper or your finger or even a saturated q tip to rub along her beak.

My guineas love scrambled egg.

If you ordered them by mail she might be really stressed and just doesn't have eating figured out.
