Lethargic 2 yr old - any ideas?

I've got a 2 yr old hen that has been lethargic for the past week or so. She walks slowly and can't fly tup to her roost anymore. Her poop is runny. I had to clean her last night. Her vent looks normal and she doesn't feel bloated. She still eats but not a lot. . I'm new to this - any ideas?

It's usually one of 3 things or a combination; eggbound, lice/mites, or worms. In this case I suspect external or internal parasites or both.

How do you tell if their egg bound? I don't see any mites at all. Assuming it's an internal parasite, what can I do for her?
