we just received our new chicks (25 rhode island reds). 7 days old today. all look really well except for one. she seems to be thinner and lethargic. wing feathers are developing, but she just doesn't seem to be nearly as active (sleeps alot) as all the others. she will take water but we haven't seen her actually eat. of course we're not in the coup 24-7 and we just noticed tonight that this one appears to be weaker than the rest. obviously NOT eating is NOT good, but again, all have been fine until tonight. any comments as to what we should do for our little bird? we're brand new at this and have found this website to be extremely imformative. so glad your all here to share information. thanks for your help.
