so I have a baby chick who seems to be very sleepy. When she’s in the box with her sisters they run over her, stand on her etc. she does startle, and will stand some, but I have been having to force her to drink, and as far as I can tell she hasn’t been eating much. She was a little more active yesterday so I wasn’t concerned, but this morning she’s just a lot more sleepy, and is holding one of her legs up. So I’ve put her in her own clean box, in the house, with her own food and water. We live in a very rural town 1.5 hrs away from the nearest feed store. Any advice would be great.

TIA

She might have a vitamin deficiency. You could also try adding a bit of sugar to her water to help her perk up. Are her wings + head drooping when she does get up?

I would immediately start Corid on her and the rest of your little flock. Do you know the correct dosage? If you do not have corid, I would get it right now.
I would give her a drop directly to the side of her beak and encourage her to drink it.
