Lethargic bird, bad diarrhea, looks like shes dying

Hey folks, we're having trouble with 1 of 2 amerucauna sisters. the current one in trouble had a daughter that passed from what we determined to be heart/circulatory issues, so the mother may have the same bad genetics. She's been hiding inside the coop and under it for about a month, because she's been getting bullied all of a sudden (used to be a top dog) she had pour on ivermectin about a month ago, found shes also been eating eggs. still been laying semi regularly, she just laid yesterday. Today, she was very lazy waddling around, getting lethargic later on, now inside thw house keeping an eye on her, she desn't really stand much on her own, no visible injuries anywhere, pale comb, and when she did stand momentarily, she had sudden violent diarrhea that was dark green and black.

Any ideas from chicken keepers more experienced than me?

She is probably not eating much if she is hiding and getting bullied.
Probably why she is eating eggs.

I would start with nutrition. Some scrambled egg and plain yogurt to help with the diarrhea. If you have probiotic powder for her water I'd add that. Or if you have capsules for people you can mix some in the yogurt.

I would get her eating and then reevaluate her.
