Hello!
I really need some help with my runt Piper!!
She is the smallest of my group of 10 and is acting strange today! It was pretty hot today but she is abnormally laying like shes hot and breathing very heavily!
I've tried bringing her inside wheres there's ac and giving her very cold water but nothing is helping!
I just want her to be ok!!

A fan turned on low- from a distance so it's just light and airy is also helpful
I've gotten the temp of their box down to about 88° but she still is dpimg nothing but laying on the ground l. She was the most shy out of all of them but now im able to hold her in my hand and she'll hardly chirp- she'll just lay there...
I dont know if she's getting trampled by the others or what because she is about half the size...

If she was over heated she may remain fatigued for awhile after reaching a lower temp

Same happened with my black australorpe but it is 3 months old, she was very lethargic and could not stand. so far I have had her in the garage for a few days and giving her vitamin b for chickens that I got at tractor supply, I have been giving her 2cc of it in a syringe down her throat and after 3 days she’s almost back to normal. I hope this helps
