Lethargic Black Australorp chick (1 wk old)

Hello!
I really need some help with my runt Piper!!
She is the smallest of my group of 10 and is acting strange today! It was pretty hot today but she is abnormally laying like shes hot and breathing very heavily!
I've tried bringing her inside wheres there's ac and giving her very cold water but nothing is helping!
I just want her to be ok!!
Get a video of her actions or at least a few more photos of her and her poop.
Is she eating/drinking?
Where are you keeping the chicks - how large is the brooder = photos please.
How old is she?

In the photo in post #1 it looks like she's enjoying the sunshine and getting a little sun bathing in - totally normal.

@Wyorp Rock

Ok so...i have a few more photos of her behavior and a shortish video
Today she is more active compared to yesterday after seperating her out.
I also have a few picks of her poop that were "released" a few minutes apart

I have seen her eat and drink but not a whole lot. Since i moved her to a separate box she has been laying in her food bowl alot
I also dip her feet and beak into her water dish sometimes to cool her down

Last year when I got chicks, i kept them in my garage but it got way too hot and the smell was too bad so this time we have them inside the coop in a box outside. There is a heat lamp for nighttime and a thermometer to keep track of how hot it gets... i usually end up turning the lamp off around lunchtime and dont turn it back on until about 8. I am planning to let the other 9 go throughout the whole coop once they have enough feathers where they dont need the heat lamp then after a month or so I'm relocating them with my other 10 chickens out in the country. When the others go in the coop i will probably keep piper in the garage and when the rest are relocated i will keep her here.

They are all a week plus a day or two old- i literally picked them up from the po exactly a week ago today. (They were ordered all female from purely poultry) she is also about half the size as the rest.
Many pictures attached

Help is appreciated!!!

Edit: the video won't upload... Sry

Have you tried treating them with CORRID? I had some real sick chickens and that was my saving grace.
I have not... just went to tractor supply and got some more food/water things for her and sav-A-chick electrolyte and vitamin supplement to mix into her water.
Also she is a lot more active today and hopefully the water stuff will help!

She is enjoying her new setup now!!
She is eating and drinking more now that she has her own feeder and waterer too!

I would alternate between the Sav A Chick and plain fresh water during the day.
If you happen to have Poultry Nutri-Drench, give her 2-3 drops twice a day.
She's tiny, so see if she will eat wet chick starter any better.

What is your daytime temps?

She's only a week plus a couple of days, so likely not Coccidiosis, just needs a boost. It wouldn't hurt to have Corid on hand though.

For video, upload to YouTube and provide a link, the BYC upload does not work.

She usually gets "normal" water when she is outside
I do not have any of the other stuff... i looked for vitamin b oral supplement at tractorsupply but couldn't find what i was looking for and tbh tractor supply is very far away from my house...

I actually have seen her eat a lot more this afternoon since i put an actually feeder in her box! She hasn't lost her appitite but if it becomes an issue i will do that!

It mostly stays about 95 or so

I'll get some if i am able to get my hands on it!

I will upload a newer video tomorrow!

Thanks!

You can use human B-Complex if you wish, Poultry Cell or Poultry Nutri-Drench. TSC a lot of times is lacking when it comes to supplies, I've found it more convenient to just order from Amazon LOL
