Lethargic black swan

This morning went out to the coop and my swan was laying by the pool and wouldn't get up. I brought her in to the house and gave her a 1/2 hour warm bath. She is opening her mouth like she is trying to hiss, but no sound coming out. Not sure if she is eggboung or something else going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Christina
