I have a polish chick I picked up in the mail today in an order of 15 chicks. All but her and 1 other chick who was doa are doing pretty well.
But this girl was just laying at the bottom not walking. Every 15 minutes for the past few hours I have been giving her sugar water and twice I have given her egg yolk to drink. She has had one small poop and won’t stand. Im not sure if her not standing is due to a leg issue or just being too weak but do you know if I can save her? I’m trying my best but she’s not improving much

Do you have any human B vitamins or Poultry Cell/similar? A lot of leg problems and weakness in chicks are due to vitamin deficiencies, specifically riboflavin and Vitamin E in most cases. If you have B vitamins, crush one up to chick-size bits and try to get her to eat a chunk or two. If you have Poultry Cell, give 1-3 drops. Could also have a slipped tendon, but vitamin deficiency is more likely from the symptoms. Make sure the chick is being kept warm so it doesn't have to spend extra energy it doesn't have.

If you have any Vitamin B12 or B complex I would give a little bit of that.
Ok my mom gave me a B complex capsule and I put it in water, she drank a sip and started shaking her head a lot but I think she just didn’t like the taste so I gave her more sugar water after. If it is a deficiency how long do you think until I see improvement?

The other polish that I got also has really weird posture so do you think it might be the same issue?

When I used the capsules, I'd take a pinch of their crumbles and empty the capsule on that. That way I know they're getting all of it, and also it masks the taste for them.
While what you have already is perfect, they do make a B complex oral gel for cattle if you have a tractor supply near you. It's very inexpensive, like $10 for a tube. I have it on hand for my cows so I use it on my chickens now, it smells like bananas to me... but I don't have to mask the flavor of it, my chickens eat it straight off of my finger lol

Like @Chicken_Obsesser said, it can take days or weeks for her to show improvement. The B vitamins will also help her keep her appetite, so just watch her and make sure she is still eating and drinking, and has normal poops.
