First time chicken owner. Three week old chicks. Five total: 2 RIR, 1 Black Australorp, 1 BO(?), 1 unknown feather legged.

The girls have been staying in their box under a light in the bathroom. Everyone seemed to be doing just fine this morning. It got warm enough outside so I took them and let them out in their run to scratch around. They were maybe out for an hour and I came back out to check on them a bit ago and all were fine except the BO. she was very lethargic and was very content to let me hold her, which isn't usual. She looks fine all over, nothing obviously wrong; but again, first time chicken owner. I just brought her back in and put her under the light.

Any suggestions? I have no idea what could be wrong.
Thanks

Is she still lethargic since being brought in? I sometimes find that young chicks just pass out wherever they feel like it and I have had some so out of it it took me a few minutes to wake them!

She is still lethargic. Just sitting under the lamp with her eyes closed. Doesn't want water if I offer it to her right under her nose. It's been about 2 hours now.

What finally happened to your chick? I have a chick doing the same thing. This morning, I think she is dying. She seems to be struggling to breathe now, but has been just as you described, lethargic for a couple days.

My 3 week old Welsummer is doing the same thing. Wondering what happened with yours. She wants me to hold her and I can't get her to eat or drink.
