Hello, thank you so much for taking your time to help me.

About two weeks ago, I noticed my hen Edith laying in one spot, and getting up sometimes to wobble to a different spot in the coop. She wouldn't eat so I have been syringe feeding her. She does drink water... I have since dewormed her, given her amoxicillin, given her calcium, vitamin b complex, rooster booster, nutridrench.

Her symptoms are:
skinny (prominent breastbone),
lethargic,
wobbles on her "ankles." At first she would walk like this but she has since gotten weaker and mostly stays in one place. Now when she wobbles she needs to use her wings and head to stabilize herself and she is unstable.
She has developed a slight tremor (head)

I am at a loss of what to do... thank you so much for taking your time to help Edith.

Welcome To BYC

How old is Edith?
When was her last egg?

What did you deworm with - product, dosage and duration?

Hard to know what's happening with her. I'd work on hydration, then see if she will eat for you. Regular poultry feed would be good, but sometimes you can entice them with bits of egg, fish or meat.

You can try giving her extra calcium for a few days to see if she's having problems with an egg. 1 Calcium Citrate +D3 tablet once daily, just pop it into her beak and let her swallow. (Aim for 300-600mg daily).
