Lethargic chicken

How is he and what are your temperatures like? Usually with a critically sick chicken (or any animal, really) the most important first step is supplemental heat.

It's 35°C here. Im keeping him in doors since he is not going outside. Last night was tough , he kept shivering and his wattles and comb were very hot like he has temperature and yet he crept under a sheet and his wings and tail were dropping. He is did not eating anything just drank water. Now in the morning he is walking fine but pooping green again and again

Yes!!!! Thank God, i have given him garlic, onion, yogurt and egg yolk with acv water. Turns out it helped a lot. Now he is fine, healthy and very active. I think he was fighting with internal bacteria and won the battle.
