Lethargic Chicken

My 3 year old chicken has been lethargic recently and today she didn't hop on her perch tonight. Ive been giving her boiled eggs a few days ago in case she had nutrient deficiencies but it doesn't seem that is the case. Another thing I've been noticing is that her pupils are always dilated even when its sunny outside. She's also been weighing less and her thighs are smaller and floppier than a few months ago.

Note: At one point she was crowing and her crest was bigger than usual but now its very small, she was also plucking a lot and recently stopped.

Inspect her closely for lice and mites, especially around the her vent area. Also look for clustered lice eggs attached to feather shafts around her vent.

upon inspection i didn't see any mites or lice, but i did notice a bit of poop in her vent area.

Can you post pictures of the eyes and the whole chicken? Does she seem to be going blind? Does she lay eggs right now? Will she eat some wet chicken feed for you if you hold it up to her beak?

Odd question- if the end of the beak comes off, will that grow back? will that affect his eating?

At the moment I can't post the pictures. No her eyes seem to have bubbles and are halfway closed sometimes. She hasn't laid eggs in a few months, but she never was a good layer. Yes she is eating fine and will eat wet feed if I hold it up to her beak.
