Lethargic Chicken

My hen is about 2 years old. Pale comb. Empty crop. No lice/mites. Won’t eat or drink. Stool is very runny (clear and white). Keeps making gagging motion/ adjusting crop. What do I do?

Making gagging motions/adjusting the crop - I'd re-check the crop to make sure it's emptying.

Take a look inside the beak for any mucous, yellow or white pasty material or canker.

If possible, take a sampling of her poop to a vet to see if worms are part of the problem.

When was her last egg and what do you feed?

I'd work on getting her hydrated if she's not drinking. Once drinking, then offer a little wet soupy feed.
