Lethargic, diarrhea then shell-less egg

No you are not out of the woods...
there is a reason she's laying these type eggs and there may not be anything you can do about it but there may be something you can do.
The easiest thing to change immediately is to make sure she gets a complete diet.
She’s filling up on her layer feed and has grit and oyster shell available. (I did give her a teaspoon of plain yogurt with crushed calcium on it) The input of food vs output of poop seems good and poop consistently is a whole lot better.
Is there anything you’d recommend I do?

If she's eating well I'd put her back with her friends and let her live out her life.

I'm not saying that I think she is well...I'm saying that I don't think there is much more you can do besides a vet visit.
I will still monitor her after replacing her tonight. After laying that last egg she seemed a lot better. She’s talking, preening, and her tail is back up. Hopefully that’s a good sign!

You could move her back out with the flock, but I would crate her at night with no feed to check crop function and poops. Then feed her the extra calcium in the morning before releasing her. Do that for a few more days/nights.

Thanks I will do that!

I let her out for some playtime with the rest of the flock and she is back to hanging with the other dominant chickens. She even jumped to try and reach the baby leaves on my grape plants 🙄 So far so good.

She’s already heading to bed with the rest so since there is no food in the coop at night I’m going to see how tonight goes and check her crop before I let them out in the am. Thank you everyone for your help!
(She’s on the far left in the photo btw.)

This morning she was still feeling chipper and had a completely empty crop. 🙌🏻
She’s already resumed her role as #3 and reminded my barred rock and Easter egger that they’re beneath her. My other production red who is usually #2 has pecked her harder than needed a couple times...but I think she’s trying to audition for the #1 spot since my Austra white is busy trying to go broody for the first time.
All in all I think we’re doing ok. We will see for sure with the next egg she lays.
Thanks all!

I had an 8 month old get lethargic , cower in corner stopped eating, lay a blob of goo for 2 times one day . Then she then got back to her normal self. She didn't lay for a few days and is totally back to her bossy self. I hope that's what happens for you too.

Thank you, my girl is acting completely normal! She also went a few days without laying and then laid a beautiful, healthy looking egg this morning! Best part? She laid it in the nesting box 😆 (She’s been dropping them off the roost during the night for a while). I even got to hear her egg song again since she was finally awake when she laid it. 🙌🏻
