Lethargic Duck!!! Please Help

its hot like in the 90s all my ducks have water and food and shade. but my one female WH was in the pool all day and that is unlike her. so i went to pick her up and therte was no fight to get out of my hands like there normally is. so i put her down to let her go and she fell to the side and leaned on her wing i took her inside and tryed giving her some cool water but she wont drink. she then went into an eposide thing and it looked like a seizure. please help i dont know what to do!!!

What do you feed her? When my duck is lethargic i usually give him some fresh fruits(he really likes watermelon especially on a hot day) and he perks up.. Not sure about the seizure.. I'd definitely keep her indoors. Make sure she has a cool, dry place where she can be undistrubed. Monitor her closely. Maybe she just got a little too hot.

i feed her the layer pellets like the rest of the lot, and asparagas when i have extra and they roam my closed in yard durning the day. there are alot of bees could this be a reaction?

A lot of things could've cause this. If you said they only eat layer pellets, this MIGHT be a vitamin deficiency. I personally would not recommend a strict pellet/asparagus diet. I would try giving your duck some protein! Go buy some mealworms, maybe even some fish. If she's weak that will help her. Just try to give them more variety, ducks have sooo many nutritional needs. I put her aside in a container inside out of the heat and got her some Electrolytes and some food. I let her be so she's calm down and get used to the bin because that's where I'm going to be keeping her. I went to check on her and she had passed. I'm so sad now. There was nothing I could do. Thank you for your kind and wise words.

How old is your duck?
What else is there for her to forage on in your yard?
no other ducks are acting 'off'?
when is the last time you emptied/cleaned the pool?

can you get her to a vet?
