Lethargic Duckling with Bloody Vent Area; Has Some Worm-Like Protrusion There

Hey all!
In a shipment of ducklings I just received, I noticed one duckling being quite lethargic, hardly moving, and constantly dozing off. Upon inspection, I noticed some "growth" in the vent area. At first I thought it was just pasting up, but then I realized that it was actually bloody and it had something sticking out there.
Does anybody know what to do? It looks like it's about to die.

Could we get a photo? It may be a hernia or the duckling's intestines. Unfortunately, if it's the intestines, I'm not sure there's much you can do. @Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive @casportpony @Miss Lydia any ideas?

Apologies for the delay in responding.
Unfortunately, as expected, the duckling did not survive the night.
Attached are some pictures- not so clear, but that's what there is.
Upon post-mortem inspection, the "protrusion" was discovered to be coming from the end of the digestive tract- that is, the rectum. Any ideas?

I am sorry for your loss! Shipped ducklings aren't all gonna survive most of the time, you did the best you could of this baby!
