Lethargic ,dull and is not eating properly

My 8 week old chick is quite lethargic and dull and is quite sleepy she is also not eating properly I'm worried about her, the vet gave me syrup named concitone I hope she gets better I would if there are any other suggestions

How does her poop look? If it's bloody, then she might have coccidoisis.
