Hello all, I’ve been watching this one in particular hen for about a week now. She seems to have a very liquidy fullish crop during the day, and it’s more solid and smaller in the morning when I let her out of the coop, but as the day goes on she drinks water and eats and such and it becomes more full and liquidy again. She hasn’t been as active and is now even more lethargic this morning. I totally forgot about her not being 100% last night since she was acting pretty normal and I let them out to free range for probably 30-45 minutes while I supervised. She was totally normal then. Now I feel awful since she’s clearly not right this morning. Standing fluffed up and uncomfortable. Her crop as of right now is about the size of my palm. I feel awful. Should I have done something sooner? What can I do to help this poor girl?

A few more facts:
She’s on nutrena hearty hen layer pellets
She’s just over 2 years old
She’s a Rhode Island red
I don’t believe she has laid within the last few days but it was at 80 degrees and just dipped to low 30s so all my hens haven’t laid as much.
Vent is clear but she does have a bit of normal looking poo stuck on her feathers.

Edit: I just remembered, she was the one while grazing last night, flew onto my arm and knocked potato chips out of the bowl and gobbled a few down with the other hens before I scrambled to pick them up.
