Looking for advice, I have been interacting on a backyard chickens Facebook page and have tried some things to no avail. We have four 4-5 year old black sex links that we recently adopted from a friend who could no longer care for them. We let them out of the coop to run around the yard daily. Yesterday I cleaned the fridge and fed them some leftover mixed veggies, cooked sweet potato, 2 whole baked potatoes, a baggie of cut watermelon (juice was barely cloudy), and some white bread (no mold). Later I noticed one girl laying there and eating. Then she was inside the chicken tractor and super lethargic. I noticed some white spatter on her hind end and out her upside down to try to look at her vent. Fluid started streaming out of her mouth. I put her down and she was gaping her mouth open for a bit, them basically passing out with her face in the grass.

It is warm here but not hot, but we put a bowl of water in front of her and she drank a bunch. She still kept passing out. It was suggested I check her crop. It was full and squishy. I followed advice and YouTube to empty her crop b)c someone thought it was impacted. It was mostly liquid with a little bit of food. No bad smell. I gave her more water and separated her for the night. She was still drinking but not much better this a.m. there was white diarrhea in the coop and she has squirted some white poop. There was some more normal green and white poop in the carrier from overnight. Someone suggested white scours and that I should get sulfa for her water but the guy at TSC who raises chickens said it was probably poisoning from the watermelon juice being s little cloudy and to do electrolytes. I gave her some to drink then checked on her a bit later and she was passed out and breathing hard and as she breathes, her vent seems to pucker and release. I don't feel anything swollen in her abdomen or around her vent, but I am no expert. Someone else said try detox flush so I have given her some syringes full of a mild Epsom salt solution. If I massage her crop at all today, water comes out of her mouth. She is more and more lethargic and rolling on to her side.

My intention is to help her if I can, but a vet trip is not really an option. If we need to cull her we might.

Here is a pic from yesterday when she was first passing out
