Lethargic hen, drinking excessive amounts of water

Hey y'all.
I've got a 2 year old buff orp hen, who's been acting lethargic for the past two days. She's eating some, and drinking excessive amounts of water. She doesn't have any problems from what I can tell, except for a bit of runny poop.
I'm not sure what to do for her, or what may even be wrong, as she isn't displaying any other symptoms.
Any advice?

What's the weather like? IF it's been hot, that's probably why the intake of water ... Not eating is a concern. Is the poop greenish? That would mean lack of nutrition, picture of her poop? Try wetting her feed, making a mash to see if she'd eat that.
When was the last time she laid?

It's actually been fairly cool weather, 60's. No, the poop isn't green, and I'll try to get a picture in the morning.
She does eat some yet mash feed, just not a whole lot.
