Lethargic hen, falling over when walking... Any ideas??

My neighbors hen is acting lethargic and when she walks she loses her balance and falls over... very wobbly... can’t walk straight.. she is around 5 years old.... any ideas so I can let her know what she should or could do...thank you!

Does she have nutridrench? You could start with that. There are some vitamin deficiencies that could cause this.

If it is a vitamin or nutritional deficit you are probably looking at worms. Has she been dewormed recently?

Does she always fall to the same side? Was she vaccinated for Marek's?

Is she eating and drinking?

I've got a lot of questions, I know.
