Lethargic hen hiding in corner, progressing weakness

I had 2 chickens do this they lay in the corner not moving like they are moping The next day 1 died that morning the other just lied by the corner of the fence and that evening I could not find her she had went behind the door that was propped open to the coop and died Any suggestions ?
