Lethargic Hen-Not Walking or Moving Around

I have a 8 month old hen that is not doing well. For about a day or two we have notice she has been spending a lot of time in the nesting box. Last night when we went to put them up for the night we found her out in the grass. Kind of sitting/laying-not getting up. My husband put her on her roost with the other girls-I went out this AM and she is still there not moving. Her head is laying to the left. She has her beak open and is trying to breath through it-her cone is flopped over to the left. I tired to give her water-she drank one drink-she is not coming down and doesn't seem like she has the energy to get down. I put some Vet Rx on her head and under her wings. I'm afraid something is really wrong with her. I'm assuming she is not eating since she won't come down. Any input or advice would be great.

I forgot to say she is a Barred Rock-she has a poopy bottom-but she always has had a poopy bottom-

Maybe she is eggbound. My hen spent lots of time in box when she was. Just posted my experience on this forum. Hope you'd gets better. Poo Shoes
