It ended up being a respiratory infection. I got in touch with my vet who knows an avian expert. After some emails back and forth and some videos of her they put her on an oral antibiotic. I dosed the antibiotic 3 times a day as well as making sure she took in some electrolite water every couple of hours. She is back to her normal self and doing great. It took about 48 hours to start seeing improvement.
