It did smell, but not much more than any other poo. As for her comb, it is a normal bright red color.

That is good. Keep an eye out for watery poops incase.

My red sex link hen ( Quack ) has pretty much healed up. Her poops are normal, her personality is normal, but I am a little concerned that she hasn't been laying eggs recently. Also my other hen ( Chirp ) seems to be acting lethargic. She is moving very slowly, she isn't eating much, her droppings are whiteish yellow and runny, and she is holding her tail down low. She is acting very similar to the way Quack was. it possible that Quack had a virus and it spread to Chirp? If so, is there anything I can do for her?

Chirp seems to still be acting lethargic today. A friend of mine who also raises chickens thought it might be coccidiosis, and she recommended some corid medicine to put on her water. I tried to give it to her but she isn't really drinking. She just pooped. It looks simular to quack's poop when she was sick.
