Lethargic Hen

i have a hen that has been lethargic only since yesterday. There’s really
No other sign of sickness. Combs look healthy. Eyes and nose look clear. Her breathing is just fine. Her poop was watery and a little yellow. Does anyone have any ideas?

Could be heat. There are many things. How's her crop? Can you check it now and again in the morning to see if it is empty? Also, is she pooping or laying?

Also feel between her legs. It shouldn't be large and squishy. Can you compare her to another hen of the same type?

Sometimes (at least in my experience) a hen can have an off day. If that happens, keep a close eye on her and don't let it go on for more than a full day.
