Lethargic hen

My hen doodle is typically laid back but today she has been acting strange. She won’t eat much and only moves for her favorite treat: mealworms. But even with mealworms she won’t eat much. She hates being touched but she let me touch her without running away immediately. She had been standing in the corner for a few hours now. She holds her wings to the side and down and puts her tail down as well as balling up. She stands like that then begins to shut her eyes and fall asleep standing up in the run. If anyone knows what is going on I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know. Thank you!

Update: she just layed this (she already layed today) so this could be the culprit if her pain. She’s still lethargic but I’ll give her some time and let you know how she’s doing tomorrow

She is fine now but she already laid two double yokers so that’s a bit odd
