Lethargic Hen

hello, this morning i went out to feed my chickens and i noticed that one of them wasnt excited to eat like the others were. at first i assumed it was the heat because its been pushing 100 here in CA but even when i brought her inside to cool off she hadnt improved. that was at 11am. its now 2pm and she hasnt moved much or shown any desire to eat or drink, only making a small noise here and there. then once she finally pooped it looked like this

this is my first flock and google has given me pretty much every single answer as to what it could be but im not sure what to do with that. if anyone has any advice id really appreciate it

id like to add shes about 15wks old or so. ive raised her and her flock mates since they were days old and no one else is showing symptoms
