Lethargic hen

I noticed one of my hens was acting strangely. Once she came in for the evening, I picked her up and noticed that her vent had something fleshy sticking out of it and it looked sticky and unhealthy. The rooster has just started practising his sexual endeavors and she has never had a rooster. Wasn't sure if maybe something happened or it is something inside. She does not appear to be eggbound. Any help?

I went out this morning and there is a lot of discharge and it kind of looks like some of it is egg....there is also dark matter which could be blood. I am assuming that maybe she broke an egg inside of her. Is there anything that I can do?
