A couple months ago, I had a 3 year old hen that was lethargic to the point that she could not walk/move. We thought it was a worm overload, so we wormed the whole flock. After a week of seclusion with electrolytes and scrambled eggs for extra protein, she returned to normal. I went out this morning and she again is showing the same symptoms, only not so far developed yet. I gave them all a complete worming, so I know that is not the problem anymore. I checked her over for lice/mites and none either. He poo has been watery, but it has been really hot here lately (90-100+ with heat index) and all the chickens are doing the same.
She is the only one experiencing these symptoms. Everyone else is acting fine and dandy. Could it possibly be internal laying? I don't know if she is laying or not. She is not showing signs of being eggbound. They get egg shells and grit, and we let them free range 3-4 times a week.
