lethargic hen

My hen has been acting kind of weird when i throw in a treat she didn't run towards it or seem at all interested (the reason it concerned me is because I have been out of food for a day i'm not a bad owner or anything just didn't get to store on time) also i recently lost a chicken to an un diagnosed illness she was really bloated and lethagic which worries me. do chickens breastbones stick out at all? i checked for external parasites but couldn't find anything could it be internal?
