Lethargic Month old Coturnix Quail

Are your birds panting? I have to admit that I've skimmed this thread, but I believe I read that they're in 90 degree heat? That seems awfully high for four week olds. Do they have a cool end of the brooder to escape the heat?

Not panting at all. They are actually all wanting to be close to the light or halfway between the warm and cold ends. There is a cooler side to the brooder so they can escape the heat, but many of them refuse to leave the warmer side. I was expecting to have the heat minimized by now but with them acting like they are cold and these weird symptoms I don't want to remove it.

Okay, so heat isn't the problem. You've looked at diet. Is your feed medicated? If your feed is medicated, that might be the problem. Medications intended for chickens aren't always quail friendly. Is a vet an option?

I use non medicated feed. It's the 24% Dumor game chick starter.
I don't know if this will help, but I finally got a video and I uploaded it to my tiktok. here's a link:

And there is no poultry vet local unfortunately.

That really doesn't look good. I would find a vet immediately. It looks like ataxia to me, but keep in mind that I'm not a vet and I'm not an expert. I have no idea what is causing the ataxia, but it is usually quite serious.

Oh, it's definitely ataxia. But I'm just wondering what's causing it. It's so weird that the last batch I had was perfect and I'm doing all the same things, but this group has had all the issues. This was the a group from new hens though. So I wonder if it's just genetics? I am trying vitamins though because I know low vitamin D and B12 can
cause uncoordinatedness and other nervous system symptoms. But I figured my feed would have had enough vitamins?

It's unlikely to be genetic when it looks like most if not all of your birds are affected. Do you have the bodies of any that have died? You might not be able to find a vet, but you might be able to get a necropsy done.
