lethargic, no eating, drinking, sitting by herself

My pullet, 18 weeks not laying yet is acting off, she is not eating or drinking. Her poop is almost clear and runny, she had a white crusty bottom which I cleaned off yesterday. I did put her in cool water in case it was the heat. But today, no change. She lets me pick her up and care for her which is not her. She likes to be around me but not picked up. Any ideas?
