I have three bantams who are almost a year old, one of them named Athena can't get up a low sloped ramp, low roost, wont eat/drink just in general very lethargic. I haven't added any new birds to my flock, I've tried diatomacious earth, save a chick, and electrolytes. none of which are helping, I've had to lift her in and out of the coop for a week now, seems very weak, it's not mites, lice, or worms. I live in the northeast so frostbite is a main issue we have, but I've treated for that and shes not showing any signs of frostbite, I have a heat lamp on her. bringing her inside wont work that well as I have other animals that would injure her.

she is currently eating pellets (I'm looking to change that) poop is normal, they are around 10 months I think. they aren't eating as much and in one case at all, she is also limping and just in general doesn't have much balance. yes she is de-wormed, no visible wounds, no mites, lice, or worms are in and around the coop.

Can you post photos of her and her poop?

What are the pellets you feed - is it a layer feed, grower, all flock - a photo of the label may be helpful.

She's been De-wormed, what did you use, the dose and duration of administration of the medication?

She's 10 months old, when was her last egg? If she should be laying and hasn't then consider giving her Extra Calcium for 5 days. You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 at Walmart, CVS, etc. Pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

I'd work on hydration, get her eating a nutritionally balanced feed. If she's off balance, give her Vitamin E (400IU) and B-Complex (1/4 tablet) daily for a while, see if that helps.
