We just got back into chickens and I picked up 3 “older pullets” that haven’t started laying yet. I noticed yesterday that one hen was very lethargic, not eating and was breathing with her mouth open. I immediately thought she was too hot (South FL) so misted her with some water and put her back in the coop. She has since stopped mouth breathing. However she’s not eating, standing around alone, tail is droopy and off to one side sometimes, drinking a lot and every now and then in notice her legs are shaking. I am
Assuming she is getting weak from not eating. Also, every time I pick her up, liquid comes from her mouth. No wheezing or Discharge anywhere else.

I Will post a picture of her poop from today and what she looks like for me. Yellow poop is AM and the poop with the specks is evening. She did have blueberries a couple days ago so I’m not sure if that’s what the black specks are

I recommend that you worm her with Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer. Give it orally 1/2cc and reworm her in 10 days. Do the same with the rest of your birds. Also inspect her for lice/mites, especially around the vent.
Thank you. I am actually on my way to pick that up now. I will also inspect for lice or mites. Finger crossed she gets better. I hate that she isn’t eating.
