One of the chicks I picked up yesterday was either an early yesterday hatch of hatched on Friday sometime. She's little. She came home with another 2 or 3 day old cochin.
Both were running around chasing down bugs last night, eating like piggies and drinking. Then the normal, oops, I'm tired, I'll sleep right here.

Today, the little orp is basically just sleeping. I did get her to run around a little (like 60 seconds) in the yard after the cochin, but then she just crashed and sleeps. I haven't seen her eat or sleep - though she did try to eat stuff from the yard, but didn't see her actually eat any of it, just pick things up. The only water I've seen her drink is the drop off my finger. Put her beak in the water and she just closes her eyes.

I did have some save a chick (that is old, but in those sealed packets) that I put in the water yesterday.
She's tiny, so I was thinking she'd be tired after hatching, but it seems like she should be beyond that now.

Did you offer grit with the bugs? They need it to process anything but chick feed
