lethargic pullet grows slower than its siblings

Hello, one of my pullets has become lethargic and is growing more slowly than its siblings.
I've also attached a photo of its droppings.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

What is it’s living situation? Is it outside? What are you feeding your chicks? How old are they? If the chick has been outside I would try some Corid. That poop looks like it’s starving but to figure out why it’s starving we will need some more info. Sometimes chicks can have genetic issues that make them fail to thrive and in those cases not much can be done.
