Lethargic quail chick, droopy

Hi everybody, today i noticed one of my 2 week old coturnix quail chicks were standing around under the heat lamp all puffed up, and his wings were drooping. poop looks normal, but he isnt eating or drinking anything.Please help

Just to add i had to assist him in hatching because he shrink wrapped

If this was an assisted hatch, it's possible that there's just something wrong with it.

Other than that, I'm going to ask a couple questions. In the meantime, you might try giving it some Nutri-Drench and/or some boiled, crushed, egg yolk. I would also separate it from the others in case it has something contagious. Keep it warm.

What are you feeding them?
How much space do they have?
Pics?

I'm sorry for your loss. This is one of the hazards of assisting hatches. Sometimes they just don't make it.
