One of our quails had been getting chased and attacked by one of our other hens, and has since been puffed up and lethargic.

Is she just stressed? I've isolated her into a box with some food and water (with CCF) and she's had some and some meal worms.

She's preened herself and pooped (once on me) and that seems fine.

Any ideas?

There might be some slight swelling on her eye, which I guess could be from a peck. She can still open it in the moments she's alert.

She just seemed very sleepy at the moment, I'm guessing it's been exhausting getting chased.

What can i give for electrolytes?

She looks like she got pecked a bit. Nutri-Drench is a good source of quick energy to help her recovery.

How many quail do you have?
How much space do they have?
Do they have hiding places?

We actually only have 2, in quite a large indoor hutch.

There's plenty of pots and hidey places for them, but the other one just went really aggressive all of a sudden.

I would let her rest for a couple days, then and put her back in with her companion. Hopefully the bully will have learned that being alone sucks and will behave better. If it happens again, I would put the bully into the isolation pen and let the injured one keep the home.
