What does this sound like to you?

Lying down in coup, lethargic. Clear poops with flecks of yellow. Does not have a smell to it. Just noticed today. Crowing fine yesterday. Flock was treated with safeguard wormer pellets last week and all the rest of the hens appear fine.

Thanks

Is he hot or dehydrated? Watery poops can be from drinking a lot of water. Yellow can be a sign of E.coli or blackhead, but cecal poos can be yellowish. They can be lethargic from cocci, worms, mites, a crop or gizzard problem, or other illness. Is he new to the flock, or have you added other birds recently that could have exposed him to a new strain of cocci? What is his age? Is he eating or drinking? Check him for mites, and consider worming him with Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer. Here are two charts with pictures of poops to look at for any ideas: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/02/whats-scoop-on-chicken-poop-digestive.html

Thanks for answering. HE is 5 years old. NO new birds. Wormed him over a week ago with Safeguard pellets along with the other hens and the other hens look fine. As a routine when I clean the coup before I put down new shavings, I dust the perches and boxes with Seven for mites. I saw no worms when I wormed them. I try to do it onece a year to prevent worms.

Im going out to check him now.

He died. I have some Sulmet for Coccidiosis. Should I treat the whole flock. I have 6 hens. All are 5 years old.
