Lethargic/sick chicken?

My 23wk old easter egger, Coco is not acting like herself. She’s still responsive to food and “sister”’s calls, however she takes any time she can to sleep. I have 3 chickens, I am also a first time chicken owner and this is my first sick chicken. She’s acting sluggish, hasn’t started laying, and in a hunched over position when she is awake. We live in Houston , Texas in an urban area and she doesn’t seem overheated (no panting etc.)

What does her poo look like? Is there any undigested food in her poo? She could have worms.

What do they eat?

She's almost of age when she should be laying, can you give her a calcium citrate pill?

her poo is like all of my other chicken’s, it’s wet and they are pellets. She eats layer feed.

I have an EE that could be her twin acting the exact same way right now. Same age and everything not laying and just laying in the dirt. What was your outcome?
