Lethargic weak chick. Please Help

Thanks to everyone for the help. Currently, she's sitting up and preening her feathers. She still can't walk or stand, but she made progress. I've never had a bird with such a bad case of heat exhaustion. Usually I move them and in seconds they're back to normal.
