Lethargic Young Hen

I recently noticed one of my hens who is 21 weeks old start acting very lethargic and she had her back slightly raised. She wasnt eating or drinking. My friend said she might have eaten something moldy and to give her vitamin B and plain yogurt. Since I'm so new to this, I decided to bring her in and keep an eye on her in a small cage. I mixed the vitamin and yogurt up in some of her feed and put ACV in there and she is sometimes slowly eating when I put it up to her beak. She pooped earlier and it had something red in it, I will post a pic when I can. Her poop is also 99% yellowish water. Does anybody know what this might be and ways to help her?

She could be maybe egg bound? Can you post a pic of her poop? I'm not sure if egg bound hens usually have weird poop though, so this is probably something else.

Her poop has become semi normal since this image but still very watery and slight red.

The article is great but the video at the end is heartbreaking, I don't suggest watching it.
Lets see what KikisGirls has to say, not entirely sure that this is Coccidiosis, but I would do some research on it just in case. Good luck!

Okay thank you. I've thought about that being what it is. It's pretty late here right now so I'm letting her sleep. Tomorrow I will get some Corid just in case and treat the whole flock. I will let my lethargic hen, Opal, back out when she will drink on her own.

Does she still have her back raised? Got a photo of that?

Do your best to keep her hydrated, she needs fluids.
It won't hurt to treat her with Corid.
Just in case you need it this is the dosage: 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or
2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon. Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

I currently have her inside in a dog cage to keep an eye on her. She has slightly dropped her wings and sometimes she opens her mouth. I gave her water with a little ACV earlier however it's 10:40pm here so I figured I would let her sleep so I don't throw her off too much. Thank you so much for the dosage notes. I will definitely do that when I treat them.

Did you check her over for any injuries just in case?
I know she is only 21wks - but do you feel any swelling/bloat of the abdomen and does her vent look o.k.?

I did, she has no injuries and no swelling last I checked. Her vent also looks okay. I will check again in the morning though and give you an update. What exactly would swelling/bloat feel like? This is the first big problem I've had with my chickens. They are also the first and only chickens I've ever had so I might have missed something .

Is part of her comb black or healthy looking?
